(WXYZ) — Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan is updating the city's response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Duggan is expected to address how the city is addressing the pandemic with the city's 河北快3开奖结果less population.

Congresswoman Brenda Lawrence says Hyundai Motors is providing $100,000 and 10,00 test kits to the city of Detroit. She says everything will be in place by Tuesday.
Duggan says they will be taking 1,000 people a day through the testing site at the Michigan State Fairgrounds as of Monday. He also says they will keep building capacity at the facility.
Mayor Duggan says 11 people in Detroit nursing 河北快3开奖结果s have died in Detroit nursing 河北快3开奖结果s. Duggan says they will be using 50% of the fast testing kits in nursing 河北快3开奖结果s and to test the 河北快3开奖结果less population.
Assistant Chief White says officers wrote 56 $1,000 tickets for people not complying with the social distancing directives yesterday.
Duggan says Chief Craig is "chomping at the bit" to get back to work and he will return as soon as the doctors clear him.
Duggan says he is watching the TCF Center with 25 beds and that he expected 200 to 250 patients to be there in the next few weeks. But, he says, if we continue to proceed as we have the last few weeks, we will not need the 1,000 total beds that are in place there.
Duggan says 25 deaths yesterday is horrible, but that the trend lines show the curve is starting to flatten.
Duggan begins his briefing by addressing the loss of Detroit Fire Captain Williams who died yesterday of COVID-19.
